Administrative Support Clerk

We currently have an opportunity for a casual Administrative Support Clerk to join our Mental Health Substance use team based out of Hope/ Agassiz, BC.

Build on your education and experience as you:
    •Provide administrative support for the Lodges through performing duties such as word processing, data entry, photocopying, screening and prioritizing incoming mail, ordering and maintaining supplies. •Assist with setting up and maintaining manuals and computerized files including numeric, alphabetical and subject filing systems. •Set up records management for newly admitted residents; maintains current records and files a variety of documents; prepares charts for transfer and/or discharge; assists facility staff with the admission/discharge process by entering information and processing paperwork.

To join the organization we require you to have:
    •Completion of an Office Administration Certificate •One year recent, related experience, or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience. •Current certificate in First Aid, CPR Level C and Food Safe. •Valid BC Driver's license and access to personal vehicle for business purposes.
