Our client, a Canadian organization in the agriculture industry, is looking for a highly detailed and adaptable Administrative Assistant to be the first point of contact and provide administrative support to the team. Location: Richmond, BC


  • Provide administrative support to the team
  • Provide excellent customer service to clients through reception duties including answering and directing phone calls and greeting clients
  • Manage all travel arrangement and logistics on behalf of the organization
  • Manage and coordinate Executive’s schedule
  • Provide general office maintenance and coordinate office-related services by liaising with external stakeholders as required
  • Arrange couriers, order and maintain office supplies, copying scanning and filing
  • Manage HR files and employee files as needed
  • Provide invoice matching and updating PO records
  • Assist with the organization and coordination of internal staff events
  • Additional related duties as needed


  • Minimum 3 years’ administrative experience
  • Degree or diploma in Administration or related field is an asset
  • Valid BC driver’s license
  • Strong organization skills and attention to detail
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills
  • Strong written and verbal communications skills
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
