Are you a well-rounded Administrative Coordinator with experience supporting a Sales Team? Would you like to work close to home? We have a full-time opportunity with a technical manufacturer based in their head office in Langley, BC.
Your background should include good experience of at least 3 years with inside sales and knowing what it takes to support a remote outside sales team.
Duties will include providing quotes, pricing, sending samples, shipping trade show materials, corresponding with customers, entering customer information from sales reps into a Salesforce CRM database. You will also be involved with coordinating customer requirements with the Engineering department, so a technical aptitude and good problem-solving skills will be a great asset. You are also extremely well-organized, good under pressure and are confident in your communication skills.
Some experience or exposure to telecommunications or cablevision industry would be a great asset.
Salary in the $55-65k range, commensurate with skills and experience.
