One of Vancouver’s leading business law firms has a newly available role for an Administrative Assistant/Recruitment Coordinator. This role will require the successful applicant to work alongside the Manager of the department to help coordinate and manage the needs of the department. You will be working as part of a team who will be managing the administrative process of the student recruitment process as well as other administrative tasks.
The successful applicant will have a minimum 2 years’ experience in a professional setting. Law firm experience will be considered a strong asset. In addition, familiarity with the Law Society of BC and Alberta’s articling requirements is considered a major asset. Strong written and oral communication skills are key to the role. Also, the ability to multitask and handle a fast-paced, high volume workload is essential.
