This company covers various sectors including Residential and Commercial Real Estate, Investment Management, Waste Management and Agricultural Services and is seeking an Administrative Assistant to join their corporate head office based in Vancouver.
Your new role
As Administrative Assistant you will be supporting several members of the management team with a variety of tasks. This includes prepare routine correspondences and reports, provide daily reception relief, general filing, prepare documents for insurance renewals and claims, calendar maintenance, administer and maintain bank accounts, data entry and other ad hoc duties.
What you'll need to succeed
In order to succeed in this role, you will need 2-3 years' experience in an administrative capacity. You will have strong date entry and typing skills. You need to be a detail oriented, accurate and organized individual. You will need to be a team player, have a willingness to learn and a great attitude.
What you'll get in return
In return, you will be compensated $45,000-$50,000, a great benefits package and RRSP matching.
