An exciting job opportunity has become available for an Administrative Assistant with one of the largest Real Estate Investment companies in the world. Based in Downtown Vancouver, this is a permanent job that provides an excellent compensation package, including benefits and vacation.

Your new role
Working closely with the Office Manager and your team, as the successful Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for providing a high level of support in a busy role including the following: provide administrative support on several projects simultaneously, update and maintain client relationship databases (CRM), data-entry of expenses, bookkeeping, write out cheques, print/scan/file various documents and maintain confidential files, administer the department's record keeping system, and ensure that files are maintained in accordance with company policies and procedures. Additionally, you will manage the administrative records of all real estate transactions, FINTRAC, and work with a Realtor in supporting deal documents. You will also liaison with other departments and clients as needed. In this role, you will have the opportunity to assist in the delivery of all marketing materials including brochures, investment packages and market reports relating to the sale of commercial investment properties. Lastly, you will provide support to the Senior Executive Assistant such as booking travel, making bank runs, and contribute to team effort by accomplishing related responsibilities as needed.

What you'll need to succeed
The successful candidate will have a minimum of 3 years' Administrative experience within any industry. You will have a diploma/degree in Administration, Real Estate or a related field. You must have strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to complete tasks efficiently. You will have high communication skills along with an outgoing and personable nature. Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Suites, specifically in Excel, Word and Outlook is required.
