Administrative Assistant for Downtown Vancouver
An International company is seeking an administrative assistant for their down town location. You will be working in a high-energy and quick-paced office environment. This is an exciting opportunity to strengthen your existing administrative experience. This is a contract position with a high possibility of extension.
You will be working in a large corporate office environment within a dynamic team setting. Our client is looking for someone polished who has at least 2-5 years of work experience as a administrative assistant/ receptionist with a focus in customer service while being able to work in a fast paced environment.
In this Administrative Assistant job, you will be responsible for filing, reception coverage, prioritizing tasks, using MS Office Suites and general ad-hoc duties as assigned.
The ideal candidate for this position is a new graduate with 1- 2 years of administrative experience, demonstrates strong time management, ability to multi-task, works well in a team or individually, a self-starter and has a full driver's license.
