Do you have administrative experience working in a fast paced office environment?

We are looking for an excellent administrative professional that has a minimum 2-5 years of experience in a busy office environment. Multi-tasking, organizational skills and attention to detail are critical requirements to be successful in this role.
 
DUTIES
 
  • Data entry and file management
  • Drafting documents, proof reading and editing
  • Maintaining office supplies
  • Calendar management
  • Light reception coverage
  • Adhoc clerical duties
 
REQUIREMENTS
 
  • 2-5 years office experience
  • Proficiency with Microsoft suite
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Above average organizational skills
  • Ability to multi-task and ability to work independently
 
 
The ideal candidate must be proficient in Microsoft Office programs (intermediate level) and have impeccable time management skills.
