If your greatest strengths are organization and support for a small dedicated team, this is a job you’ll shine at!
Working with a group of 5-10 people doing the office administrative support means you’re in the thick of things, learning about all aspects of the business- which is great because it means the management team can groom you into a few other roles over time.
You get to take advantage of some of this group’s unique and cool perks, including some discounted hotel and golf packages, as well as getting benefit coverage, and getting to work in a brand new office!
As the administrative assistant, you’ll be responsible for the standard array of admin tasks- filing, meeting minutes, travel arrangements, scheduling, presentations and spreadsheet tracking (already built sheets, so you don’t need to be an excel guru) as well as whatever odds and ends the project and senior management teams required. That being said, it’s a small team of less than 10 people, so you aren’t ever stretched too thin.
Minimum of 2 years in an administrative assistant role
Must have worked with the MS Office Suite at an intermediate level
Strong English skills- first language level
Interested in long-term development with a company
Career, not job minded
