Your new role
This position provides general support to the internal team as well as external clients. As an integral member of the team, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to the staff as needed. You will be responsible for answering telephone and in person enquiries and drafting documents. You will assist with general office administrative duties as required. As a team member, you will maintain a professional and responsible image.
What you'll need to succeed
The successful candidate will have a minimum of 2 years' experience in an administrative role within fast-paced office environments. The preferred candidate will be proactive and energetic; a self-starter who is committed to providing outstanding service to both the internal team and external clients'. In addition, you will have experience in AP/AR; reconciling accounts and tracking invoices ensuring accuracy at all times. Excellent proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook a necessity. Knowledge of Sage 100 is an asset.
