Looking for administrative assistant preferably with financial industry experience but not a necessity. The wage will be determined on the successful applicant's experience and capabilities.  Must have computer experience and comfortable learning new technology with working knowledge of Word and Excel and is eager and capable of learning the company programs and systems.  A warm, friendly personality is a necessity since the position involves direct communication with clients.  Applicant must be able to work independently and conformfortable working in small office environment. The position requires the answering of the telephone and greeting clients for office visits.  Other duties are typical of an administrative assistant.

The position will provide the opportunity to expand into the financial industry by completing the Canadian Securities Course as well as other industry courses if desired.  The position does not require the completion of financial courses however they will be made available if desired to pursue a career in the investment industry.
