JOB DESCRIPTION:

 

As an Administrative Assistant, you will work directly with various paralegals and legal administrative assistant ants on a variety files and tasks. The firm is a high-volume and fast-paced environment and the ideal candidate will have excellent organisation skills along with an adaptable approach to various duties. Your role will vary depending on each assignment and will include:

 

  • General daily management of files including requesting documents
  • Reviewing and ensuring files, documents and databases are up to date
  • Processing incoming and outgoing correspondence
  • Corresponding directly with clients and staff
  • Arranging calendars and managing a BF system
  • Billing & Filing Expense Reports 
  • Other clerical duties: filing, photocopying etc.

 

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS:

 

 

  • $35,000 - $38,000 base per annum (negotiable based on experience)
  • 3 weeks paid vacation
