Reporting to senior management , the Administrative Assistant will bring related working experience based on thorough regulation research, customer relations and high communication skills. We will help you build on that experience to create strong future career options.
Communicate with current clients as well as potential clients who make inquiries
Closely monitor changes in immigration policies and rules
Under guidance of management, complete and submit applications
Update application information for clients if required by government
Assist in marketing outreach projects
Accurately maintain and update client records
Effective communication both written and spoken in English and Mandarin
Strong research abilities
Client relations strengths to help attract and maintain a client base
Confidentiality discipline that assures protection of clients’ interests.
