Leading global real estate services firm with offices in downtown Vancouver has a full-time opportunity for a diligent, detail-oriented A/A with outstanding document production skills. 

The purpose of the role is to support the brokers and work in conjunction with them to develop initiatives and information solutions adding to the productivity of the brokers and the Company.. You will get to know the real estate business and will work in conjunction with the research staff to ensure respective databases are updated by calling developers, property managers, brokers, etc. for information pertaining to vacancies, deal transactions, new developments and other market activities.

Qualifications:

  • Advanced computer proficiency (Excel, Power Point, Microsoft Office)
  • Strong written, oral and interpersonal communication skills
  • Well developed organizational and time management skills
  • Must be able to prioritize and balance multiple responsibilities
  • Comfortable working in a deadline-driven environment
  • Able to apply judgment in handling of sensitive documentation
  • Flexible attitude
