you will provide support within Lower Mainland Pharmacy Services
. Are you prompt and professional in your delivery of service? Your enthusiasm will assist you when connecting with external and internal clients as the primary point of contact for your Director and managers. Key Responsibilities
•Work very closely with the pharmacy department, billing to pharmacare and other third parties •Manage appointment calendars including scheduling and coordinating meetings, speaking engagements, and/or conferences. Resolving scheduling conflicts and issues •Make arrangements for relief staff by receiving calls and making any necessary calculations to determine availability of existing staff according to established procedures utilizing a computerized staff scheduling system •Arrange meetings as directed. Books and set up meeting rooms, prepares meeting agenda, organizes meeting materials, records and prepares minutes of meeting •Assist in the monitoring of expenditures for budget reports by capturing, compiling, and calculating information •Develop and implements new work methods and procedures •Setting up and maintaining filing systems and databases •Perform general timekeeping functions, inputs data and forwards to payroll

•Graduation from a recognized secretarial program •Three years' recent related experience; Pharmacy Assistant or Technician experience is an asset •You type 50 wpm and are proficient with Microsoft Office applications Word, Excel, and Outlook An equivalent combination of education, training and experience is acceptable.
This relief full time is based at our Downtown Community Health Clinic in Vancouver, British Columbia.
