•Providing administrative and secretarial support by typing correspondence, reports, and presentations •Managing shifting appointment calendars and resolving scheduling conflicts and issues •Responds to a variety of internal and external inquiries by serving as the primary point of contact and providing information directly or referring to appropriate area or individual •Developing and implementing new work methods and procedures The successful candidate will possess the following
•Graduation from an administrative/secretarial program •Three years' recent, related experience •Demonstrated ability with a variety of software programs including Word, Excel and Outlook •Ability to type 55 w.p.m
