Administrative Assistant - New Westminster - Temporary
One of our top clients is seeking an administrative assistant for their New Westminster location. You will be working in a high-energy and quick-paced office environment. This is an exciting opportunity to strengthen your existing administrative experience. This is a temporary position for 2-3 months
You will be working in a midsized corporate office environment within a dynamic team setting. Our client is looking for someone extremely polished who has at least 1-2 years of work experience as an administrative assistant, with a focus on filing and data mining.
In this Administrative Assistant job, you will be responsible for filing, reception coverage, prioritizing tasks, using MS Office Suites and running company errands.
The ideal candidate for this position is a new graduate with 1- 2 years of administrative experience, demonstrates strong time management, ability to multi-task, works well in a team or individually, a self-starter and has a full driver's license.
