• Juggling multiple incoming phone calls.
• Giving amazing customer service.
• Entering sales orders/data entry.
• Tracking incoming shipments.
• Assisting with website updates.
• Handle incoming mail.
• Filing documents.
• Ordering office supplies.
• Maintaining office cleanliness.
• Providing additional support to office staff.
• Assisting in annual physical inventory counts.
• Running errands.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Driven self-starter, with a proactive approach to work.
• Excellent command of English (verbal and written).
• Willingness to learn.
• Pleasant telephone manner and upbeat personality.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and successfully meet deadlines.
• Strong computer skills. MS Office Suite including Word, Excel, Outlook. Quick Books knowledge a plus.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Ability to complete work in a timely manner with accuracy and attention to detail.
• Valid driver's license required.
