Our Vancouver-based client in the service sector is looking for a highly organized Administrative Assistant with excellent communication skills to join their team! The successful candidate will have strong familiarity with Microsoft Word, Excel and Publisher. Experience with PowerPoint or Adobe suite is an asset. Some flexibility regarding working schedule will be required.  

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing administrative and operational support to senior managers
  • Relationship management
  • Administering operational changes
  • Utilising contact management software
  • Weekly Revenue reporting
  • Drafting, typing, and mailing/emailing documents and correspondence
  • Taking minutes
  • Meeting deadlines
  • Other administrative tasks, as required
