We are a busy appliance retailer/service provider and we are looking for an admin assistant to join our team part time. This role is evolving and includes data entry, assisting salespeople, handling sales transactions, taking clients phone calls and booking service calls among other tasks. We are looking for someone that is organized, mature and independent. We are a client first type of business, and you must be outgoing and friendly. A background or experience in either the appliance industry, customer service, accounting is preferred. You will be asked to work Mondays, Wednesdays and Saturday’s starting. Please understand that when we describe this role as evolving, there is the potential of full time work. Each of us that work here provide multiple roles, and a true fit would be someone that is also keen on learning multiple aspects of our business, and be willing to grow into what could be a full time career in the appliance industry.
