Our NFP client in Burnaby is looking for a temporary administrative assistant to start immediately. The role will be permanent for the right person.
Reporting to the Project Director your duties include:
- Researching and setting up business accounts
- Developing a Gift card plan
- Developing a list of branded promotional items
- Researching transportation business accounts
- Ordering vertical banners
- Helping with organizing, printing, etc. of promotional materials for recruitment
- Organizing paid ads in community newspapers for recruitment of focus group participants
- Other administrative tasks assigned
