Are you an extremely organized and personable Administrative Assistant with outstanding attention to detail? Our professional client wants YOU to join their dynamic team in downtown Vancouver! To be successful in this role, you will have excellent prioritization and multitasking skills and display strong initiative. This is a two-year contract position in a fast-paced, exciting work environment.

 Responsibilities:

  • Providing excellent customer service via phone, email and in-person
  • Preparing, editing and proofing documents, templates and correspondence
  • Organizing meetings, events, travel and training arrangements
  • Creating procedures and assisting with projects
  • Assisting with on-boarding processes, tracking payroll, coordinating leave
  • Coordinating purchases and reconciling statements
  • Preparing expense account claims, purchase orders and contracts
  • Tracking expenditures, coding invoices and assisting with budget preparations and reports
  • Handling mail, filing and minute-taking duties

 Requirements:

  • Excellent oral and written English communication skills
  • 1-2 years’ Administrative Assistant experience
  • Strong computer skills, including typing and MS Office suite
  • Experience using a computerized accounting system would be an asset
