Starts ASAP! This is a very fast-paced environment, so you must be a well-organized self-starter who works well with minimal supervision.

Duties include making travel arrangements, preparing PowerPoint presentations, correspondence, planning and attending regular corporate meetings, preparing expense reports, backup reception and related office tasks.

Skills required:

  • Minimum two years of office experience in an administrative role
  • Excellent communication skills (both oral and written) and ability to use good judgment when handling confidential information
  • Highly organized with the ability to multitask numerous activities
  • Team player with a positive, helpful attitude
  • High degree of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Must be proficient with MS Word, Excel, Outlook and Power Point
