THE ROLE

This company is a high growth, TSX publicly listed company with its head office located in Richmond, British Columbia. To support its continued growth, we are looking to fill a role in its administrative infrastructure. Despite the size of the Company, the entire team maintains a tight knit, team-based culture. However, the demanding and ever-changing nature of the business adds complexity to these roles, and the Administrative team requires flexibility to help each other and the groups to achieve corporate goals and objectives and make the Company better overall.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

This position will work independently as well as part and amongst the respective teams, providing professional, confidential executive support for a broad range of duties including, but not limited to:



•Executive support o General and confidential support to the Chief Information Officer (CIO)




•Preparation of various documentation for CIO review




•Preparation of adhoc and standardized reporting




•Functions as the confidential liaison for the teams with internal and external stakeholders




•Understand objectives, issues and priorities and ensuring the efficient flow of information to the appropriate parties




•Prepares Board level packages including drafting and revising presentations




•Coordinates meetings, events, and travel arrangements






Expense reporting and calendar management, contracts

REQUIREMENTS:

2-3 years of progressive and related work experience.

Intentions of furthering skill set through continued education and/or taking on new internal challenges and project

Knowledge of the inner workings of a corporate office environment and making value added recommendations to improve efficiency, economy and effectiveness.

Experience in organizing, planning and scheduling projects, timelines, and executive schedules
