Are you detail-oriented and skilled with numbers? Join our client’s dynamic team as an Accounts Receivable Clerk in Port Coquitlam. If you're looking for a full-time, permanent position like this one then apply today.

Note: This is an entry level position.

What You'll Do:

Prepare customer invoices using QuickBooks Desktop (not QuickBooks Online).
Process incoming payments and manage bank deposits.
Handle collections, including following up on outstanding payments.
Identify and resolve discrepancies, maintaining regular communication with customers.
Perform various account reconciliations.
Assist with additional office and administrative duties as needed

What You Bring:

1 year of hands-on experience in accounts receivable.
Advanced proficiency in Excel for data management and analysis.
Skilled in utilizing accounting software, including Sage and QuickBooks Desktop.
Strong customer service abilities with polished and professional phone communication.
Capable of working autonomously as well as collaboratively within a team.
Highly detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy in all tasks
