Accounts Payable

Our client in Vancouver is looking for an Accounts Payable on a temporary basis to join their team (May lead to a permanent part time role).  Reporting into the Accounting Administrator you will be responsible for the following:

-Matching, coding, processing invoices

-Cheques, EFT payments,

-Reconciling vendor statements


-GST/HST returns

-Various other duties

Ideally you have 3-5 years of experience (full cycle AP), strong skills in Excel and knowledge of provincial and federal taxes.  Experience in ERP (Unit 4) is an asset.
