Our growing North Shore client is looking to add an AP Representative to their finance team. You ideally have two years accounting experience with a diploma or certificate of accounting. You will be responsible for the following:
- Match, code, enter and prepare cheque runs for the expense reports
- Match back up, code and pay credit card statements
- Monthly account reconciliations
- GST monthly returns
- Sort, copy and file vendor documents
