We are currently seeking an Accounts Payable Clerk for our Lease & Rental department located at our Head Office in Burnaby.

The Accounts Payable Clerk will be responsible for the accounts payable duties of the Inland Lease & Rental division for Canada and US. This position is also responsible for processing invoices and miscellaneous overhead billing, customer mileage collection, and general administrative support as needed.


  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED) essential
  • Post-secondary certificate in office administration or related field is an asset
  • Minimum 2 years previous office administration experience.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Basic accounting knowledge.
  • Strong, accurate alpha and numeric data entry
  • Must be able to multitask, handle multiple deadlines and prioritize.
  • Must possess superior customer service and the ability to remain professional and composed under pressure.
