The Position:

Reporting into the Accounting Manager, this role will act an integral part of a three person team. 

The Key accountabilities for this role include:

  • Match, code and process invoices – very high volume  
  • Process cheques
  • Follow invoices through the approval process
  • Regular reporting (daily, weekly, monthly)
  • Resolve problems with complex invoices
  • Communicate with vendors
  • Reception relief
  • Ad hoc duties as required

Required Experience and Attributes:

This role is best suited for an accounting student who is looking for a great company to grow their career with.

The following would be considered requirements:

  • Accounting Education – CGA, CPA, CMA education would be an asset
  • Strong AP experience – 75+ invoices/day; 2+ years’ experience
  • Excellent communication skills  
  • Proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite
