Burnaby Development Company Seeking Accounts Payable Administrator Immediately for 8 Week Contract

Your new company
This large property and development company take great pride in their diverse and collaborative work environment. Due to a leave within the team, they are actively seeking an experience Accounts Payable Administrator to join their Burnaby office for 10-week contract.


Your new role
This is a 10-week medical leave contract with potential for extension. You will be based within the accounting team and be responsible for coding and processing invoices, reconciling transaction, assisting vendors with their queries and any other general accounts payable duties as required. You will be based in their Burnaby office and work Monday - Friday 8:30am - 5pm.


What you'll need to succeed
To be considered for this position you must have proven accounts payable experience, excellent communication and an eye for detail. Previous experience MS suite is also required. This is initially a contract position due for an immediate start so only applicants who are based in Vancouver will be considered.


What you'll get in return
You will be paid a competitive hourly pay rate. This is initially a contract position but there is a high possibility of working on other Hays roles after completion.
