About The Opportunity:

 In this key administrative role, you’ll provide support for varied bookkeeping, administrative, and sales support activities. The work is varied and detail oriented and includes processing all invoice related documentation, data entry of payables/receivables, making government remittances and other monthly accounting duties, inventory control, and related filing. As an integral member of the company’s administration team, you will also provide front office support to greet visitors, provide initial product and service information, and handle external callers. You’ll interact with everyone on our small and growing team, so your ability to build strong peer relationships will be key to success.


About You:

 To join the Radius Industrial team in this position, you will bring: 

  • Strong organization skills, accuracy and detail-orientation
  • Ideally a minimum of two years experience in an accounting/administrative support role using Quick books or similar system; understanding of the A/R and A/P process
  • Intermediate level skills in Excel and strong Microsoft Office software experience
  • A strong customer service orientation and clear communication by phone or email
  • A “can-do” attitude and ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • A solid understanding of small business administration and bookkeeping is essential
  • The successful candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, and be on the constant look out for ways to improve efficiency and customer service
  • A vehicle is essential for transportation to and from work
