Accounting Administrator - WFH contract

An Accounting Administrator is required with f/t hours for a contract period (maternity leave) up to 18 months. It is currently a Remote WFH position for the time being until the staff are back in the downtown Vancouver office on a full-time basis. The position is responsible for providing routine accounting support and effectively managing diverse accounting functions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Accounts payable
  • Accounts receivables
  • Reconciliations
  • Purchasing
  • Ad hoc accounting duties
  • At least 2 years of work experience related to full cycle accounting functions
  • Enterprise resource planning (“ERP”) application experience an asset
  • Intermediate/advanced excel skills
  • Education – Accounting program completion (diploma)
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Team experience
  • Some exposure to bank reconciliations
