Our Not For Profit client in Langley is looking for an Accounting Administrator.

The ideal candidate will have strong Excel skills and eye for detail.

Reporting to the Controller your responsibilities will include:

  • Review and process applications
  • Answer calls and emails
  • Manage files and track flow of applications
  • Update and manage spreadsheets
  • Website updates
  • Updating vendor records and database
  • Process EFT payments, email payment remittances
  • File cheques and EFT payments
  • Assist with month-end and quarterly reporting
  • Attend weekly meetings
  • Assist with various administration/office duties
  • Assist with year-end audit preparation

Qualifications:

  • 3 years of experience in accounts payable, administration and customer service
  • Diploma in Office Management or similar
