Make outbound telephone calls to Sage 50 Canada software users.
Receive inbound calls from businesses that have received marketing materials.
Call leads generated from cold calling, referrals and ads.
Protect company proprietary and confidential information.
Other duties as assigned.
2 years of sales experience
High School diploma equivalent work experience required; Bachelor's degree in Accounting preferred
Telesales experience required
French/English Bilingual required
Credit card industry selling experience preferred
Must have excellent and verifiable sales experience
Ability to work independently
Must be able to produce and meet sales goals
Successful track record in credit card processing or other telephone sales
Outstanding people skills
Ability to understand the customer and their business
