located in Abbotsford, B.C.
This role gives you the opportunity to be part of an Indigenous Primary Health and Wellness interprofessional team that will facilitate connections between Aboriginal clients and service providers to enhance access to Fraser Health services, with a culturally appropriate approach.

Build on your career experience by:
•Planning, organizing and evaluating health care needs and services for Aboriginal clients in community and hospital settings •Acting as Aboriginal Health liaison for clients, families, service providers, and community agencies to enhance service delivery •Advocating and representing Aboriginal Health to enhance knowledge of Aboriginal cultures and health beliefs
Your background includes:
•Current practicing registration as a Registered Nurse with the British Columbia College of Nurses and Midwives (BCCNM). •Graduation from an approved school of nursing including public health nursing component. •Two (2) years' recent, relevant nursing experience. Knowledge of Aboriginal health approaches, protocol and cultural issues. •Valid BC Driver's Licence and have access to own vehicle
