THE DEPARTMENT A-OK Commissary is a one-of-a-kind boutique food hall that focuses on everyday luxury dining, including an ever-evolving menu committed to featuring some of BC's finest farmers and food purveyors. A concept many years in the making and opening in the Aritzia Support Office this Fall 2020, A-OK Commissary will become the heart of Aritzia's iconic and innovative workplace - a place that inspires connection at all levels. A-OK Commissary will be open during the day from Monday to Friday.
THE OPPORTUNITY As a member of the Food and Beverage Sub-Department, you will be part of the team responsible for curating and providing a world-class food and beverage experience to our people. As a Service Associate, you will support in delivering extraordinary client experiences by managing transactions, services and the service counter to create memorable last moments. THE JOB As the Service Associate, you will:
- Deliver exceptional customer service to our clients
- Accurately and efficiently manage food and beverage transactions
- Inform, engage and inspire our clients with superior knowledge of the menu, ingredients and suppliers
- Support in preparing food and beverage services, as required
- Support in maintaining the optimal setup and management of retail and non-retail spaces, supplies and food items while minimizing impact to operations
- Support in managing food inventory to maximize efficiency and minimize food waste
- Support with commissary communications through signage and other channels
- Maintain the condition and cleanliness of our spaces
