Canadian owned and operated, FortisBC touches the lives of our customers every day, providing approximately 1.1 million customers across BC the energy needed for their homes, schools and businesses. From electricity, natural gas and natural gas for transportation to propane and thermal energy, we deliver approximately 21% of the total energy consumed in BC, more than any other utility in the province. We do so with 2,200 employees all focused on quality service and customer satisfaction.

Natural gas operations are based out of the Surrey office providing service to customers across the province. A natural gas customer contact centre and billing operations is located in Burnaby.
A second natural gas customer contact centre is located in Prince George.
Electricity operations are based out of the Kelowna office providing service to customers directly and indirectly throughout the southern interior, with the electricity contact centre and IT operations located in Trail.
The Victoria office supports natural gas service across Vancouver Island.
