Carmichael Enterprises Residential Programs Ltd. is a CARF accredited organization dedicated to enhancing the lives of persons served. Our skilled teams of residential support workers provide support to youth and adults with developmental delays, mental health concerns, addictions, and often severe behavioral challenges including aggression.

Our approaches are trauma informed and client-centered in order to optimize our ability to assist our persons served in their individual goals. Principles of mindfulness and promoting an awareness of thought patterns and emotions experienced in the present, are integral to our role in this journey.
