Some people enjoy having their significant other around as they work. Some, no matter how much they love the person, seem to find the constant company close to a nightmare. There are people who simply need a bit of space. Some end up taking out the stress from their work into their relationship and without the needed space, it becomes impossible to distance yourself from relationship problems.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">This is why it\u2019s important to have an effective method when working from home.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"How_to_work_from_home_effectively_with_your_significant_others\"><\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">How to work from home effectively with your significant others?\u00a0<\/span><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Here are some of the steps suggested by relationship experts to have a healthy relationship.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\">\n<h3><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Broadcast_the_office_hours\"><\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Broadcast the office hours<\/span><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Begin the day by informing your partner of your office hours. Additionally, post it in a fridge or juggle a Google calendar between you two so you are aware of each other\u2019s schedules. One partner might like focusing for a long period of time while others take scheduled breaks from work to maintain productivity. Check-in with each other in select timings to make sure one isn\u2019t getting distracted by the other\u2019s movements. In this time, you can do simple things like converse with a friend, read, watch television or simply lounge around. You guys are constantly together with the new remote working schedule so planning alone time for each other would help restore the feeling of independence, which is important for the relationship in the long run. The ideal would be two work in different rooms or even better, on separate levels. If not, even putting a screen between each other\u2019s workspace can be effective. Designate a place in your house for breaks in your house as you have in the office.
