Individuals interested in this position should have practical experience in building high-performance, reliable web sites in a complex, multi-tiered, distributed environment (Service Oriented Architecture). The ideal candidate will have experience working with multiple front end web frameworks and technology including Ruby on Rails, angularJS, React, HTML, CSS, SASS, and Bootstrap. Deep understanding of front end design patterns such as MVC, MVP and MVVM is mandatory.

Working within the NLG Finance Legislation, and in accordance with Canada Public Sector Accounting Standards, you will administer and maintain the accounting systems of the NLG.
Responsible for full-cycle accounting functions, you will supervise the accounting group, as well as provide accurate and timely financial and management reports.
Capable of interpreting financial information, you will help to facilitate effective decision-making and assist in the preparation and presentation of the operation and capital budgets. In addition, you will oversee the development and maintenance of accounting procedures and internal controls.
