As a Senior Project Manager you will be responsible for the completion of High Rise Condominiums from pre-construction to completion valued over $50+ million. With the project kicking off in the first quarter of 2017 you will take responsibility for the entire project however will also be provided the assistance of a full project team. Your responsibilities will also include planning, contract negotiation, cost control, solving complex design and construction issues, dealing with owners and sub-trades and most importantly showing strong leadership.
This job requires 10+ years of related large project construction experience. Successfully completed high rise residential construction projects a must. Managers with an engineering degree or construction management degree considered an asset. This client is in need of a candidate with a strong knowledge of high rise construction, problem solving and excellent communication skills.
