Bambora

About

Who we are:

Bambora is a global payments company that is dedicated to making payments easier, both for businesses and consumers. Founded in 2015, Bambora has challenged the payment industry by offering businesses everything they need to accept payment online, in one package with transparent pricing.

Today, Bambora helps over 125,000 merchants in 65 different countries accept payments, and 3,000 new merchants join every month. Bambora handles transactions worth 80 billion CAD annually, and since 2017, Bambora is part of Ingenico Group, one of the world’s largest payment companies. At Bambora we are Bold, Passionate, Responsible, and Collaborative - and we are all Oddly Human in our own way!

Life in the Zoo:

Welcome to our Zoo! It’s so nice to meet you. We boast an award-winning culture, with a strong set of internal values; but it’s humility and curiosity that guide our everyday interactions.

As a Bamborian you’ll experience:

An innovative employer funded approach to health and wellness through our benefits provider, League. We want our Bamborians to associate work with wellness. To make that happen we offer a Health Spending Account, Lifestyle Spending Account, dental and prescription coverage, RSP contributions matched by Bambora, life insurance, and free wellness events throughout the year.

The Zoo is a place where you can be you at work and out in the world – Be Bold! Flexible work hours. Sick time. Top-up for Parental Leave. You get the gist. We got you.

We believe at Bambora that if you take the time just to Be, you’ll be an even better Bamborian.

Please note: due to COVID-19 all Bamborians have the option of working remotely. We are currently in a phased return to the office, and employees are permitted, if they/their Manager desire, to return to working in the physical office. In the coming months we will look to have more Bamborians return to the office as we adjust to our "new normal". This is not a permanently remote position.
