Tony Kirschner

A native of Vancouver, Tony was educated in the United States where he cut his teeth in the recruiting business. After earning his BA in Political Science from DePaul University in Chicago, Tony worked for CPS Inc. the USA’s largest technical recruiting firm. At CPS, he specialized in the engineering field, developing lasting relationships with such clients as Michelin, Caterpillar Inc., Williams/Bally Electronic Games Inc. and Borg Warner Transmissions.

Tony remained active in the recruiting field through the 1990s, consulting for CPS Inc., Benner and Alo Inc., and Tri-S Recruiters and completing his MA and PhD in Communication at the University of Illinois. Dr. Kirschner returned to Vancouver, bringing his unique mix of corporate and academic credentials to the search and HR consulting professions as co-founder and Managing Partner of the Kirschner Cameron Group.
