Sarah McNeill

Sarah McNeill is the visionary and strategist behind McNeill Nakamoto Recruitment Group, a full service staffing company she founded with her business partner Cheryl Nakamoto in 1996. Her role as Chief Acceleration Officer creates the energy and sets the pace for McNeill Nakamoto. Her company is well known in Vancouver for exceptional staffing experiences and Sarah now spends much of her time mentoring and giving back to community.


Sarah was awarded Business in Vancouver’s Top 40 under 40 award in 2006, and was a finalist for the YWCA Women of Distinction Awards in the categories of Entrepreneurship & Innovation (2007) and for Community Building (2008).
