Nichole Wesson

Nichole Wesson has over 14 years working in marketing and business development with the majority of that experience coming from the recruitment advertising and online advertising industries. With experience in both Canada and the US, Nichole's most recent experience was as Director of Business Development, Canada for Bernard Hodes Group, one of North America's largest recruitment advertising agencies. In addition to Hodes, Nichole has also worked for Office Depot BSD, AltaVista, and CareerMosaic, the first online job board.

Beyond business development, Nichole's expertise includes customer & account services, social media, communications, organizational development, strategic planning and  HR consulting particularly in the areas of recruitment, retention, employee engagement, and diversity solutions. Her strengths are not limited to the business world. Nichole blends business with her own personal development that includes hobbies such as meditation, dance, yoga, and especially spa treatments.
