Michael Schuster

Michael Schuster holds a law degree and is HR Director at Northwest Community College. He has a diverse background in negotiations with over 50 sets of collective bargaining negotiations to his credit while working on both sides of the table.
His portfolio includes having worked as a consultant/strategic negotiator for the Alberta Health Authority and as a Property & Land Manager for Alcan where he facilitated numerous land deals and agreements with First Nations. His area of specialization is HR negotiations and Labour Relations with a focus on the grievance process.
