Lizz Pellet, CEO of EMERGE International and Fellow from Johns Hopkins University is the author of Getting Your Shift Together Making Sense ofOrganizational Culture and Change - Introducing Cultural Due Diligence. Lizz is a member of the National Speakers Association and has presented over 70 professional learning sessions in the past three years.
She is currently under contract with SHRM to write her next book, The Cultural Fit Factor.
