Throughout her years of human resources experience and training, Kellie has had the opportunity to work with individuals as well as with business in recruitment and selection; development and instruction of courses to assist job seekers in resume & cover letter writing techniques; interviewing skills for job seekers and recruiters, and career coaching. She has also developed and instructed leadership and management coaching; conflict resolution, employee relations, on-boarding processes, policy and procedure development and particularly management coaching and managing change.
She developed and delivered new employee on-boarding/orientation programs for businesses such as: Alcan Primary Metal Group, Eurocan Pulp & Paper (a Division of West Fraser Mills), Thompson Rivers University, Chamber of Commerce, Kitimat, District of Kitimat and BC Tourism.
Kellie is an active member of BC Human Resources Management Association and sits on the Central Interior region advisory council. She writes a blog on her website at www.simplycommunicating.ca which speaks to a number of human resources issues of the day.
