Doris Bentley is the Principal of Vancouver-based Centrepoint Career Management, a talent management consulting firm which provides consulting services and professional development programs in talent recruitment and retention, generational differences, and leadership development. She is also the Director of Client Services for Western Canada for Career Systems International, an international consulting practice that works with Fortune 500 companies to provide managers with practical, realistic ways to lead a diverse, changing workforce during times of industry shifts and broad business change.
