Job Title: Senior Electrical Engineer (Buildings)
Location: Regina, Saskatchewan
Salary: Up to $110,000 per annum

The Position:

Senior level Electrical Engineer primarily for commercial, as well as, some institutional, civic, and specialty projects.

Our Client is a Canadian owned Multi-Disciplinary company with over 3500 employees. They have expanded new office locations across Canada as well as Multi-national. Focusing on Structural, Mechanical, Civil and Electrical Engineering has evolved them into one of the premier engineering firms in Canada.

This is a position in which the successful individual will be responsible for reviewing and directing the work of other engineers and designers in addition to performing project design duties. This position will have more than enough scope and freedom to satisfy the most ambitious, career-minded, upwardly mobile electrical engineer.

Requirements:
The Requirements:
• 8 plus years experience designing building electrical systems including power distribution, lighting, life safety and communications.
• Must have extensive experience in the Commercial / Institutional buildings.
• Registration as a licensed professional engineer (P.Eng.)
• Ability to work independently to deliver comprehensive designs and contracts often on demanding time lines.
• Experience creating tender document packages including drawings and specifications.
• Experience with utility companies with CSA and Building Code knowledge.
• Exemplary interpersonal skills with team members and clients.
• Reputation for meeting or exceeding expectations.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Power System design, LEED Accreditation, Health Care Experience, RCDD Certification, AutoCAD knowledge, Revit MEP knowledge and experience with business development are considered assets.
